14-Day Returns
If you're not satisfied with your PowerGrip Pro order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- Contact us first at our contact page to start the process
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or faulty items:
If your item arrived damaged or doesn't work as described, contact us with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund — no return shipping required.
